Memory Clean - Monitor and Free Up Memory App Reviews

Very good tool!!!!

Memory Clean is a lifesaver! Some updates ago, Apple broke (the garbage collection of) Yosemite so hard that my 16 GB of RAM are consumed within minutes. The computer becomes totally unresponsive and eventually even shuts down altogether. The only solution I found was running Memory Clean and let it automatically clean up my memory, if the available memory goes below 2 GB. Works like a charm, can’t recommend enough.

You can effectively run sudo purge from the command line to free up memory. This app did not free up any more memory that purge (free built-in). What is worse, you charged me $5.79 for your extreme clean, which did not alter my memory at all. I feel ripped off.

All of a sudden Safari is so much perkier. It can be slow for at least a year despite everything I have tried. Be sure to go into preferences and click use extreme clean mode -since you paid for it. Perhaps that mode should be automatically activated upon purchase, or customers may not be using feature in automatic mode. Have used the app for few years. Have used others, this appears to work best on my iMac. Keep the updates going. Thanks

I’ve been using this for a few week, when i clean up the ram with it, it seems to work okay.

Simple and simply the best. Doesn’t mess with your system really. It’s the closest thing to what Apple might themselves have created.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. This app is very practical and I use it almost daily to free up RAM and keep my computer working smoothly. It works as advertised. Five stars!

I tried out both apps for a few months now. FreeMemory shows that it has freeed up more memory but my computer runs slowly. I think this app definitely helps with speeding up my computer and freeing unnecessary memory even thought it doesn’t clear up as much memory as FreeMemory app.
